What we offer

Each engagement is tailored to the individual. Below are the core coaching formats we draw from when designing your program.

One-on-one leadership coaching

Structured bi-weekly sessions that address your most pressing leadership challenges. We work on decision-making frameworks, executive presence, and strategic communication through reflective dialogue and targeted exercises over a six- to twelve-month arc.

Team alignment workshops

Facilitated half-day or full-day sessions for leadership teams navigating change, conflict, or strategic pivots. We surface hidden dynamics, build shared language, and leave your team with concrete agreements they can act on immediately.

Transition and onboarding support

The first 90 days in a new role define a leader's trajectory. Our accelerated onboarding coaching helps newly appointed executives read the culture, build early wins, and avoid common pitfalls that derail promising tenures.

360-degree feedback programs

We administer and debrief confidential multi-rater assessments that reveal blind spots and strengths. The debrief becomes a launching pad for focused development planning, ensuring feedback translates into behaviour change rather than sitting in a drawer.

How an engagement unfolds

Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentoring — it is a disciplined partnership. Here is the path we follow together.

Chemistry conversation

A complimentary 30-minute call where we explore your goals, context, and whether our styles are a good match. No obligation, no pressure.

Discovery and assessment

We gather data through interviews, psychometric tools, and stakeholder input. This phase ensures our work is grounded in evidence, not assumptions.

Co-designed roadmap

Together we define three to five development themes, success indicators, and a session cadence that respects your calendar realities.

Deep-practice sessions

Bi-weekly or monthly conversations that combine reflection, skill-building, and real-time application to live challenges you are facing.

Mid-point review

Halfway through, we evaluate progress against your roadmap, recalibrate goals if needed, and celebrate momentum already built.

Closure and sustainability

We consolidate insights into a personal leadership playbook and identify structures that keep growth going long after coaching ends.

Coaching rooted in real leadership experience

Before founding ExecCatalyst Pro, our lead coach spent two decades inside complex organizations — managing cross-functional teams, leading post-merger integrations, and sitting in boardrooms where the stakes were high and the politics were real.

That operational background means our coaching conversations are grounded in practical reality, not textbook theory. We understand the loneliness of the corner office, the weight of decisions that affect hundreds of livelihoods, and the subtle art of influencing without authority.

We are certified through the International Coaching Federation at the Professional Certified Coach level and hold advanced training in systems psychodynamics, adaptive leadership, and organizational development.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, we are happy to answer it on a call.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
Most engagements run between six and twelve months. Shorter, focused sprints of three months are available for specific transitions or challenges. The duration depends on your goals and the complexity of the development themes we identify together during discovery.
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Everything discussed in sessions stays between coach and client. When an organization sponsors the engagement, we agree on a small set of themes to report on — but never the content of conversations. This boundary is non-negotiable.
How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?
A consultant diagnoses problems and prescribes solutions. A mentor shares their own experience. A coach partners with you to unlock your own thinking, challenge assumptions, and build capacity you retain long after the engagement ends. We may draw on all three modes, but coaching is the primary stance.
Can sessions be held virtually?
Yes. Most of our clients work with us over secure video. In-person sessions can be arranged in the Québec City area or at your offices for team workshops. The quality of the coaching relationship matters far more than the medium.
What does it cost?
Fees are quoted per engagement after the discovery phase, because scope varies. As a general guide, a six-month individual coaching program typically falls in the range of $8,000 to $18,000 CAD depending on session frequency and assessment tools included. Team workshops are priced separately.
